International Superstar Leaves Neo Eccentric

Mahicans Diamond has made the jump back to Montreal. What does this mean for his central character Bucked-off Moose? Well several people wanted to have Bucked-off Moose killed, because no one can quite portray the dopey moose like Mr. Diamond. However, with the Land of Loome possibly becoming a Television series in the near future, Mahicans may be brought back to relinquish the lovable moose.

We will miss you Mr. Diamond and hopefully someday you will be back in black wearing the threads of Bucked-off Moose.

As expected the Trickster Trilogy was another great success that featured almost all of the Neo Eccentric family. Every possible character was squeezed into the script, but due to lack of space Doc Hulliday, Deadless and a few others never hit the stage.

For more on the Trickster Trilogy and Trixster Fest check out Quentin Little Wolf's review.

To: All who care...

I regret to inform you that my great grandfather Paul Smith died of natural causes at the age of 95 on Saturday, Febraury 19. Paul is the father of my grandfather Floyd Smith, who is the father of my mother Tiki Smith.

I will remember Grampa Paul as being a strong and very welcoming individual. He enjoyed a visit from practically everyone, even perfect strangers. As a child I would steal his grampa crackers and wreck his water hoses. He is the center piece of the Smith family and is one of the major reasons why I am who I am today. The great Paul Smith will be buried on Friday, February 25 @ 11AM; which is also my sister Chassie's birthday. He will be missed by all who knew him, I will miss him.

Until Next Time...Goodbye, Adios and Kiitamutsiin!

P.S. Neo Eccentric Entertainment sends their regards to Garrett and Dylan McDougall who were in a horrible accident last week. The two boys are doing well and are at home with their family.

Neo Eccentric Entertainment took a big chance on its latest production, but it payed-off big time. Neo Eccentric Entertainment helped the Red Cross raise over $10 000 in their effort to help victims of the Tsumani in Southeast Asia.

The Wizard on the Rez was a total success. The audience at the Red Cross fundraiser was caught off guard by the curveball antics of the Neo Eccentric Pantomimes. There were four debuts in total on Friday night and none of them disapointed. Here's a breakdown on the new pantomime's and their stellar performences.

Denalene Manitopyes: as Chilled-out Witch...the role wasn't a major one, but Denalene came out and did her best, even though she was suffering from an intense flu, she still came out and gave it her all.

Cherish Blood: as Mrs. Claus and Blackout Witch...with an unfortunate injury during reheasals Marcie Meguinis had to sit out the show, Cherish Blood was given the green light to take over Meguinis' role as Blackout Witch. Cherish went on to do an excellent job as the wacked-out witch, but her cameo as Mrs. Claus blew the audience away. She shook it so good that her some poor guy in the audience almost sharted!

Chad Simon: as Chicken Buffalo...Mr. Simon was a little reluctant when he signed on as the Chicken Buffalo, but once the show began Chad tore-up the stage with his smooth swagger. Chad Simon was slapped so hard by Stacy Da Silva that he almost lost his Chicken Buffalo head, which would have been very unfortunate. Mr. Simon got a chance to show-off his Jigging skills.

Mike Ermineskin: as Killer Klown From Outer Space...replacing veteran actor John Rory Loftus is no easy task, but Mike Ermineskin came out flying as the ever violent Killer Klown. Mike's enthusiastic perfomance helped seal the audiences attention and bring out some unexpected laughter from tired members of the audience.

As for the star of the show Stacy Da Silva (Ledoonjia; the City Girl), her performances are always dominant. She kept the show together and kept the Chad Simon (Chicken Buffalo) in check, by almost knocking him out. Lets flashback to the 1939 film the Wizard of Oz, when Dorthy and friends meet up with the Lion, Dorthy slaps him for being a bully, so when city girl Ledoonjia slaped Chicken Buffalo she almost knocked him out.

Tyrone Ermineskin's second performance as a pantomime was as smooth as butta...BUTTER! Tyrone came out and took the role of the Wizard/Chief Sikkatto and made it his own. Tyrone has also played the role of Pirate Shade, which now makes him a veteran actor. After popular demand Neo Eccentric Entertainment brought back everyone's favorite moose; Mahicans Diamond as Bucked-off Moose. The fans have been raving over their favorite Moose actor Mahicans Diamond. He is one crazy Kung-fu mother foo!

During pre-show rehearsals Marcie Meguinis went into her routine as Blackout Witch and began blacking-out, but while blacking-out Marcie strained her neck and was immediately sidelined, that's when Cherish Blood stepped-in and replaced the injured Marcie Meguinis! As for Cowboy Smithx's performance, lets just say that the ladies couldn't get enough of the old guy, who'll be turning 23 on Monday January 31st.

The next pantomime show is scheduled for February 14th at the University of Calgary. Stay tuned...
